Who is Matheus
Menegon?
I have been training for over a decade, but my journey with Powerlifting started in 2016 when I decided I needed more objectivity in training. The pursuit of strength and the relationship with the sport of Powerlifting gave me meaning. It fortified my mental health. Without it, I wouldn’t be a shadow of who I am today.
As a Coach, I have taken beginners to an advanced level, both in person and remotely, nationally and internationally. I have remotely coached athletes through their first Powerlifting meets, bigger totals in the recreational level, helped athletes improve their body composition and taken advanced athletes to their next level. I have also helped beginners develop a healthy relationship with strength training, as well as improving their overall health and body composition.
My formal education consists of being a Fitness and Health Promotion graduate, a Certified Personal Trainer by NSCA, a Powerlifting Instructor by ISSA and a Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach.

I have trained people remotely that have never gone to the gym before, and my systems are very beginner friendly, but if you think it’s not working after the first month, you will get your second month for free so we have time to adjust things on a deeper level to make it work for you.
